PERAMBALUR: The Election Commission has appointed Chander Shekhar Talwar as the General Observer for the Perambalur and Kunnam constituencies. He can be contacted over the telephone numbers 7598700187/04328-225920. Rajkumar Dewangan has been appointed the Police Observer and he can be contacted over the telephone numbers: 7598700086/04328-225930. B.Rajaram will be the Expenditure Observer for the two constituencies and he can be contacted over the telephone numbers: 7598700188/04328-225910. Complaints can also be sent to the Observers by facsimile over the telephone number 04328-224555.

Complaints can be lodged with the Observers at the Circuit House between 5 and 6 p.m. everyday, except Sundays. Complaints can also be lodged with the Election Control Room at 04328-224455 or over the toll-free number 1800-4257031.
