RUL launches ‘Raheja Waterfront'

MANGALORE: Raheja Universal Limited (RUL) has announced its entry into Mangalore with the launch of “Raheja Waterfront”, a luxury residential complex, according to a press release.

The complex has been developed jointly with Mangalore-based Asha City Builders and Developers.

The property is off Chitrapura beach in Kulai on national highway 17.

It will be one of the few gated communities of the city.

It will have towers with penthouses, car parking zones, private open balconies and security systems.

Ashish Raheja, managing director, Raheja Universal Limited, said that the company's joint development would bring luxury into Mangalore. Actor Suneil Shetty and Mana Shetty would be the brand ambassadors for the newly launched property.

K. Prakash Shetty, managing partner, Asha City Builders and Developers, said that the project was set to transform the skyline of Mangalore.
