Four SSC students hospitalised

KHAMMAM: As many as four SSC students of the tribal welfare girls' ashram high school of Mangavaibadava village in Dummugudem mandal were admitted to the government area hospital in Bhadrachalam with suspected diarrhoea on Saturday.
According to information, a total of six students of the Mangavaibadava-based ashram high school complained of dehydration and stomach pain on Friday night. They were residing at the ashram high school at Lakshminagaram village in the same mandal in connection with the SSC public examinations.
Four of them, who experienced unbearable stomach ache, were immediately shifted to the government area hospital in Bhadrachalam on Saturday. “The condition of the four students, undergoing treatment in Bhadrachalam, is stable,” said Dr Sesha Reddy, Additional District Medical & Health Officer.
