Suraj stars for IAF

NEW DELHI: Indian Air Force (IAF) banked on Suraj Yadav's fine all-round show to pip Subhania Club by two runs in the Om Nath Sood memorial cricket tournament here on Saturday.

The scores: IAF 227 for nine in 40 overs (Satish Upadhyay 58, Suraj Yadav 40 not out, Arvind Solanki 32, Narender Kumar 26) bt Subhania Club 225 in 40 overs (Rahul 58, Rajat Paliwal 55, Sunil Rawat 27, Suraj Yadav three for 38) .
