New charity trust to serve the needy

VIJAYAWADA: To carry forward the dream of their father who had a passion to serve the needy in society, K.R. Suryanarayana and his brother K. Rama Joga Rao plan to float a charity trust “Yajna – Kasibhatla Sarma Foundation” in memory of their late father, in the city.

“Former Governor of Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh V.S. Rama Devi will formally inaugurate the trust at Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao Government College of Music and Dance at Durgapuram on Tuesday,” Mr. Suryanarayana told a press conference on Sunday. “The idea was to contribute their mite in the best possible way to the needy in society.”
