KOLKATA: The second inter-college Premier League Twenty20 cricket tournament, organised by the Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (EIILM), has attracted 16 college and University teams beginning on Thursday. The knockout tournament will have two halves of eight teams. The eight-day meet will offer the winning team Rs. 20,000 and the runner-up Rs. 10,000. The top half has teams like St. Xavier's, Rabindra Bharati University, Viswabharati University, City College, Prafulla Chandra, Kidderpore College, A.J.C. Bose College and Maharaja Siris Chandra. The bottom half has outfits like St. Paul's, Chittaranjan, Umesh Chandra, Scottish Church, Jogesh Chandra Choudhuri, IISWBM, EIILM and Surendranath College. – Special Correspondent
