KASARAGOD: Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa has expressed the hope that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will shortly emerge as a major political force in Kerala and the Assembly elections will turn out to be a clear indication of the winds of change. The BJP heralded its growth in Karnataka winning just a seat in the 1984 polls only to wrest power on its own later, he told an election meeting here on Saturday.
