Varsity student commits suicide

CUTTACK: A first year student of Ravenshaw University here has reportedly committed suicide by consuming poison, said city police.

Swyam Prava Rout, a first year student of the university pursuing Information Science and Technology, was found dead in her residence in Rajendra Nagar under Madhupatna police station.

The reason for such drastic step is not known yet.
