Umesh Chandra in final

KOLKATA: Umesh Chandra College moved into the final of the second EIILM inter-college T20 premier league cricket tournament here on Tuesday. Umesh Chandra beat Jogesh Chanda by eight wickets.

The scores:

Semifinals: Jogesh Chandra Choudhuri College 129 in 20 overs (Avinandan Das 46, Rakesh Sarkar 3/27) lost to Umesh Chandra 130 for two (Deval Chauhan 51) by eight wickets.

Quarterfinals: Maharaja Srish Chandra College 87 in 16.1 overs (Suprabhat Biswas 38, Sujoy Das five for 5) lost to Prafulla Chandra College 90 for four in 14 overs (Debopriyo 53) by six wickets . — Special Correspondent
