‘Stumped':The exhibition will be held from April 16

BANGALORE: An exhibition of caricatures of cricketers titled ‘Stumped' will be held at the Indian Cartoon Gallery here from April 16 to 23.

The exhibition, to be organised by the Indian Institute Cartoonists in collaboration with www.cricketcaricatures.com, will feature caricatures of Indian cricketers by Shijo Varghese.

Together with Andy Zaltzman, Mr. Varghese came out with a book of caricatures of the Indian cricket team for the World Cup 2011. The book, published by www.cricketcaricatures.com, was released by skipper M.S. Dhoni.

The former Indian cricketer Roger Binny, who was a member of the 1983 World Cup winning team, will be present at the exhibition's inauguration on Saturday at No. 1, Midford House, Midford Garden, off M.G. Road, said a press release.
