Sports meet

VISAKHAPATNAM: Ball was set rolling for the annual CMR-VJF inter-media cricket tournament and sports meet, being organised by the Visakha Sports Journalists Association, when sponsor, MD of CMR group M.V. Ramana released the meet logo at a function held at the VJF Press Club here on Wednesday.

The cricket tournament will commence on April 18 at the Railway stadium and continue till May 1 at the Port stadium while the sports meet will be held from April 21 to 24 at the Port stadium. Journalist and non-journalists from the print and electronic media organisations are participating in the cricket tournament and sports meet.
