Karnataka Bulldozers logo unveiled

Bangalore: The Kannada film industry's representative in the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) will be called Karnataka Bulldozers, it was officially announced here on Thursday.
The team's logo was also unveiled, in the presence of several actors and producers, during a brief ceremony at a hotel in the city.
The side will be captained by actor Sudeep, and includes Shivaraj Kumar and Diganth among others.
“We have some fantastic players,” Sudeep said, announcing an 18-member squad. “I promise we'll bring the Cup home and make everyone proud. The Kannada industry needs something like this.”
Actors Aindrita Ray, Pooja Gandhi and Sanjana were all be present on the occasion.
Ambareesh was named the brand ambassador of the team. “I hope they bulldoze everyone else,” he quipped.
The competition
The CCL is a four-team competition comprising sides from Bollywood, and the Tamil, Telugu and Kannada film industries. It will commence on June 4 in Bangalore with a match between Karnataka Bulldozers and Mumbai Heroes.
