Helping children cope with stress

HYDERABAD: The Satya Sai Seva Organisation conducted a three-day exhibition on ‘parenting' at the Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet. It dealt with how parents should help the children cope with the stress rather than adding to it, and how their behaviour influences their wards, a press release from the school informed.

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan

The Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Public School at Jubilee Hills has been selected as one of the ‘Best Paryavaran Mitra School' in Hyderabad District, informed a press release from the school. Paryavaran Mitra is an action based programme sponsored by the Central government for school students, and focuses on sustainability and climate change. The school was chosen based on its report of activities conducted. Cash prize and certificate were given away at the regional event of the Southern Region on March 30 at Bangalore.
