‘Satvik' meal here too

Bangalore: The meal to be served at the Bangalore University campus will be strictly vegetarian. It will not have eggs, onion or garlic, in keeping with the norms of ISKCON. The same norms are followed in food served to schools from ISKCON's kitchens, which had earlier been a point of controversy. University Vice-Chancellor N. Prabhu Dev said, however, that the “nutrient character of the food would be maintained”.
