Thiruvananthapuram: Children attending the ongoing vacation camp organised by the Kerala Gandhi Smarak Nidhi at Gandhi Bhavan here learnt what it means to lend their voice to a social cause on Thursday.

A music programme highlighting the impact of the deadly pesticide Endosulfan on humans was the highlight of the day at the camp. Rema, National Service Scheme programme coordinator at Sri Swathi Tirunal College of Music, scored the music for the lines penned by Suhruthkumar. The children recited the lines in chorus.
