PG medical counselling gains pace

VIJAYAWADA: Counselling for Medical PG and Diploma gained pace on the third day with 149 seats getting filled at Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences here until 6 p.m. on Saturday.

The pace of counselling was better when compared to the second day when only 90 seats could be filled till 4 p.m.

Seats filled

Out of 390 seats filled, 378 seats were for post-graduate courses and 12 for diploma courses, according to a press release.

In the category-wise break-up, 178 seats were bagged by OC students, 128 by BC students, 59 by SC students, and 25 by ST students.
