Counselling session for IIT, NIT aspirants

HYDERABAD: A free half-day counselling session for students planning to join the IITs and NITs will be organised by The Hindu Education Plus in partnership with TMI e2E academy in Ravindra Bharati here on May 8.

The counselling session would be of immense help to students who have taken the IIT JEE and AIEEE in taking a decision on courses to be chosen in the premier institutions. Parents of the students are also welcome to attend the programme between 10 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.

Alumni of IITs / NITs with substantial industry experience would participate in the counselling session and speak on issues including career prospects in different branches of engineering, specialisation at post-graduate levels, aptitudes a student should have to pursue a particular branch of engineering, how to select a course and institute.

The counselling session would also be held in Visakhapatnam on May 15 at Kala Bharati auditorium between 10 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.
