Technical problem in BSNL mobile recharge resolved

Coimbatore: After a 48-hour-long ordeal, prepaid mobile subscribers of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited heaved a sigh of relief, after the authorities resolved the technical problem in recharge and top up.
For the last two-days, the BSNL subscribers experienced either failure or delay in their attempts to recharge or top up their mobile phone numbers with talk value. The trouble was attributed to a problem in the BSNL's southern gateway server at Hyderabad. With complaints mounting, the authorities on a war footing resolved the problem, BSNL sources said.
Sources said that from 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, re-charges and top-ups took place without any delay.
