CSA reinstates President

JOHANNESBURG: Cricket South Africa (CSA) has reinstated ousted president Mtutuzeli Nyoka and is to order an independent investigation into its finances after a public spat over bonuses.

Nyoka was fired following a feud with the organisation's chief executive, Gerald Majola, over the payment of a 1.7-million-rand ($248,000) bonus to Majola after the staging of the IPL in South Africa in 2009. Nyoka took CSA to court after the federation passed a vote of no confidence in him at a special meeting in February.
