SALEM: The protests against the increase in the price of petrol continued with Salem unit of All India Youth Federation staging a novel protest by resorting to symbolic auctioning of two- wheelers on Thursday. The cadres brought a few motorbikes and auctioned them claiming that they could no longer use them since the price of petrol had skyrocketed.
