Belur Gopalakrishna to visit Shimoga

Shimoga: Sagar MLA Belur Gopalakrishna will visit the district for the first time after the disqualification order against him by Legislative Assembly Speaker K.G. Bopaiah was quashed by the Supreme Court.

Mr. Gopalakrishna will arrive in the city at 10 a.m. He will be taken in a grand procession in an open vehicle by the Bharatiya Janata Party activists.

Procession

The procession will start from the helipad and conclude near BJP office.

Mr. Gopalakrishna is likely to visit the BJP office in the city and hold discussions with senior leaders of the party. Mr. Gopalakrishna is scheduled to take part in various programmes in Sagar in the evening, according to sources close to the MLA. .
