‘GKSF sponsorship meet a success'

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A sponsorship meet held as a prelude to the fifth edition of the Grand Kerala Shopping Festival (GKSF) has got a rousing response, GKSF Director Rattan Kelkar said.

He said after a meeting held here on Wednesday that around 48 brand representatives from within Kerala and outside attended the meeting. The general convener of GKSF, T. Balakrishnan, presented the approach document of the fifth edition of the festival. Mr. Kelkar spoke about the benefits gained by the sponsors of the fourth edition.

Those who attended the meeting included Air India, Emirates Travels, Ithihad, Britannia, Amul, Dabur, Whirlpool, Samsung, TVS Home, Crompton Greaves, SBT, South Indian Bank, Indian Bank, Syndicate Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank, Manappuram Finance, V-Guard, Finolex Cables, and Prestige.

There were offers from around five film companies for becoming the official entertainment partner of the shopping festival.
