HYDERABAD: Officials of the Railway Protection Force in the South Central Railway arrested six touts operating at reservation counters at different places in raids during the month of May.
A press release said Velangandala Sampath Kumar was caught at Kazipet with four Tatkal tickets worth Rs. 7,477, while another personal by name Gopisetti Ratheesh Kumar was nabbed at Warangal with tickets worth Rs. 5,116. On May 26, two persons Bodhu Sridhar and Shankar Lal were caught for buying and selling tickets. They were found with tickets worth Rs. 3,976.
On May 27, one Mohammed Adil Ara was nabbed with tickets worth Rs. 3,760 at Ameerpet here, while on Sunday, officials arrested Tayi Malleshwar Rao and seized a ticket.
