Order on third accused in Nitish Katara case on July 6
Staff Reporter
NEW DELHI: A Patiala House sessions court on Friday reserved for July 6 the judgment in the Nitish Katara murder case against the third accused, Sukhdev Pehalwan, whose trial was separated from Vikas and Vishal Yadav after he absconded.
After the defence and prosecution submitted that they had completed their arguments, Additional Sessions Judge J. R. Aryan in his order said: “It is submitted from both sides that arguments can be taken and treated as completed with the submission of written arguments from both sides and let the matter be posted for decision.”
The prosecution had accused Pehalwan of being present with Vikas and Vishal in their car after abducting Nitish from a wedding function at Ghaziabad following which he was killed on February 16, 2002.
