KALPETTA: Minister for Welfare of Scheduled Tribes and Youth Affairs P.K. Jayalakshmi will inaugurate the second anniversary celebrations of Radio Mattoli, the first community radio station in the State, at the Pavana centre auditorium at Mananthavady in the district at 11 a.m. on Sunday. K.L. Poulose, president of the district panchayat, will inaugurate ‘Namma Sasthra' (Our Science), a broadcast programme which focusses on modern-day science and technology, with financial assistance from the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, on the occasion. This was informed in a media release issued here on Friday by Fr. Thomas Joseph Therakam, station director.
