Maruti Suzuki announces contest winners

NEW DELHI: Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. on Saturday declared Hitesh Duseja, a resident of Gwalior, the winner of its Autocar Young Driver 2011 contest. Shwetha Prabhakar from Delhi was named the best female driver.

“We have chosen the youth of India to be our brand ambassadors to promote safe driving. We are trying to educate people through programmes and by setting up driving schools,” said MSIL Managing Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales) Mayank Pareek.
