‘Save the Earth' walk today

COIMBATORE: Le Meridien Coimbatore will organise an awareness walk here on June 5 as part of World Environment Day celebrations.

According to a release from the hotel, the “Save the Earth” walk from the Collectorate to the VOC grounds will be followed by planting saplings at the VOC Park. Volunteers will also clean the park. Sanjay Gupta, General Manager of the hotel, will talk on individual actions that will help save the environment. Le Meridien Coimbatore has urged industries, schools and those interested to participate in its initiative.
