HYDERABAD: The 132-KV feeder line of the APTransco between Moulali and Chilkalguda which was punctured after being hit by an excavator machine of the HMWS&SB, has been restored on Friday, and charged with loads on Saturday. The line was damaged a week ago when it was hit by the excavator during pipe-laying works of the water board. Areas coming under the purview of eight substations had been imposed with load reliefs, as the loads from these localities had to be accommodated on other alternative lines. Restoration took long as there was sewage ingress into the cable. Nearly 160 metres cable was replaced in order to restore the supply, informed sources from the CPDCL.
