KADAPA: Doctors, nurses, paramedical, ministerial staff, and contractual workers in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences hospital here, numbering around 1,000, went on indefinite strike on Tuesday paralysing medical services in the hospital. They have been staging a phased agitation for the last 20 days against non-payment of salaries for the last four months and went on the strike on Monday. Doctors, nurses, and other staff only attended to emergency services in the casualty block.
