Delayed water supply at a few places in city

Hyderabad: The air valve of the water pipeline broke on Tuesday morning opposite the gate of the Annapurna Studios.
As a result, there was heavy leakage of water in Banjara Hills area.
The pipeline which runs between Jubilee Hills and the Tattikhana reservoir was laid 15 years ago.
The Water Board personnel immediately took up repair work. By evening they replaced both the air valve and the isolation valve.
However, on account of the rectification work there would be delayed water supply on Wednesday.
Affected areas
The areas affected are; Indra Nagar, NBT Nagar, Road No. 12 13, Banjara Hills, MLA colony and adjoining areas. In a press release the Water Board regretted the inconvenience.
