Class XI re-examination schedule announced

PUDUCHERRY: The Department of School Education on Wednesday announced the schedule for Class XI re-examination.

In a communication, the department said that students in Puducherry and Karaikal, who had failed up to a maximum of 4 subjects in the 2010-2011 academic year, could apply for the re-examination. Enquiries regarding eligibility can be made in their respective schools on June 15.

The schedule for the examination, which would be conducted in the respective schools, is as follows:

Between 10 am and 1 pm:

June 24- First Language- I; June 25- English-I; June 27-Physics; June 28- Chemistry and Geography; June 29- Computer Science, Zoology, Botany and History; June 30- Mathematics and Biology; July 1- Political Science, Special Tamil, Vocational Subjects and Nutrition.

Between 2 pm and 5 pm:

June 24- First Language- II; June 25- English-II; June 27- Economics; June 28- Commerce; June 29- Business Mathematics; June 30- Accountancy.
