25-day cine workshop begins in Goa

PANAJI: Over 100 cine enthusiasts attended the 25-day cine workshop organised by Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), the nodal agency of the International Film Festival of India, in the city on Tuesday.

Javed Siddiqui and Salim Arif, (Head of the Department, Production Design at WWI) were present for the inaugural function. Screenplay was the topic of discussion held under the guidance of Mr. Siddiqui.

Sanjay Chouhan, filmmaker, will be participating in the workshop on screenplay on Wednesday.

The workshop will cover five important modules of film making — screenplay writing, acting, cinematography, editing, and direction under the guidance of eminent personalities from Indian cinema.
