Graduation Day of NMAMIT on June 11

Udupi: The graduation day celebrations of the Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology (NMAMIT ), which is celebrating its silver jubilee, will be held at Nitte in Udupi district on June 11. In a release issued here on Wednesday, principal of NMAMIT S.Y. Kulkarni said through its excellent academic performance, NMAMIT had attained academic autonomy under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, in 2007.

The first undergraduate autonomous batch of engineering came out in May/June 2011.

The graduation ceremony of this batch along with M. Tech (2009-11) and MCA (2008-11) would be held on the same occasion.

Vice-Chancellor of Visvesvaraya Technological University H. Maheshappa would deliver the Graduation Day address. Chancellor of Nitte University N. Vinaya Hegde and Vice-Chancellor M. Shantharam Shetty would be present, the release added.
