Producer held

HYDERABAD: Film producer Achyutha Reddy, who was allegedly facing several cases of cheating and convicted in one of them, was arrested by the police on Wednesday.

Task Force Additional DCP K. Raghuram Reddy, said a local court had sentenced him to undergo one-year simple imprisonment in a cheating case registered in Abids police station. Reddy went for appeals against the judgement but the High Court confirmed the sentence.

Following direction from the magistrate, the TF (west) team tracked and caught him.
