Scribes go trekking

AU V-C who flagged off the trekking advised scribes to practise yoga, go in for walking to overcome stress


VISAKHAPATNAM: Over 90 journalists and their family members had a wonderful experience trekking Kambalakonda in a mini-trekking exercise conducted by Vizag Working Journalists' Mutually-Aided Co-operative Society in association with Visakha Sports Journalists' Association and YHAI.

Andhra University Vice-Chancellor Beela Satyanarayana who flagged off the trekking advised scribes to practise yoga, go in for walking or other physical exercise to overcome stress.

YHAI organising secretary Sagar and other representatives gave safety tips on trekking.

VJF President M. Yugandhra Reddy, secretary G. Srinubabu, Praja Spandana President C.S. Rao and The Hindu Chief of Bureau B. Prabhakkar Sharma gave away certificates to the participants. APWJF city President P. Narayan participated.
