On the opening day, Aikya Sammilani will clash with CAB Presidents's XI in a 50-over-each-side game.

IFA's reduced profit
The Indian Football Association showed a reduced profit of Rs.5 lakh, owing to lack of sponsorship and the absence of telecast rights for its big tournaments like the IFA Shield and the premier division of the Calcutta Football League in the past season.
This was the only major issue coming out in the Annual General Meeting, which was hastily concluded with the members ‘passing' over the agenda.
The new governing body, which was constituted in the AGM, will have its first meeting on Friday to take stock of its activities in the upcoming season.
Indian snooker team
India will send a three-member snooker team to IBSF World under-21 snooker championship to be held at Montreal (Canada) from July 12 to 23.
Robin D'Souza (Mumbai), Laxman Rawat and Varun Madan (both Delhi) will form the team. Manoj Kothari will be the coach.
