Reservoirs receive good inflow

Karwar: Kadra, Kodasalli, Supa, Tattihalla, Bommanahalli, Gerusoppa, and Linganamakki reservoirs in Uttara Kannada have received good inflow following heavy rain in their catchment areas.

The water-level in the Kadra reservoir on Saturday was 31.5 metres (maximum 34.5 metres), Kodasalli 69.95 metres (75.05 metres), Supa 526.40 metres (564 metres), Tattihalla 453 metres (468.38 metres), Bommanhali 435 metres (438.38 metres), Geruspoppa 49.54 metres (55 metres).

Kodasalli received the highest rainfall of 162.80 mm and Gerusoppa recorded the lowest of 18 mm. Kadra received 39 mm, Supa 100 mm, Tattihalla 73 mm, Bommanhali 73 mm, and Geruspoppa 29.60 mm.
