COIMBATORE: Meco Motorsports, in association with JK Tyre, will launch ‘The Rally Academy' at the Meco Motorsports Ministry of Speed facility in the GMR Complex at the Rajiv Gandhi international airport in Hyderabad next month. A brainchild of Hari Singh, five-time National rally and Asia zone rally champion, the academy will offer two levels of training — basic and advanced programme — over two and three days respectively. The Academy also plans to rope in PWRC driver Karamjit Singh as its guest instructor. JK Tyre will provide the Academy with two Mitsubishi Cedia and Lancer Rally cars, and racing and karting simulators. — Principal Correspondent
