No differences in BJP on Uma's return: Rajnath

Indore: Senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh on Sunday said there are no differences in Uttar Pradesh unit of the party over re-induction of Uma Bharti who has been given charge of the party's poll campaign in the State.

“Since this decision was taken, I have been continuously touring and have not even entered the U.P. border. But there are no differences in the party on the issue,” Mr. Singh told reporters.

“Some leaders from Uttar Pradesh met me after this development and I found that there are no differences in the party on the issue,” he added.

When asked if the BJP is annoyed with senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde, Mr. Singh said since the BJP is a large party, there are chances of people having grievances. “But, I think we can sort out these issues by sitting across the table,” he said.- PTI
