Corrections and Clarifications

The Editorial, “Shed DRS-phobia” (June 20, 2011), gave the expansion of BCCI as Board for Control of Cricket in India. The correct expansion is Board of Control for Cricket in India.

The news report, “French firm eyes Indian market for Gowind” (June 19, 2011), said French naval defence major DCNS and its partners spent around €30 billion to design and manufacture an 87-metre-long vessel that offers three weeks blue water endurance. It should have been €30 million.

The caption of the picture accompanying the news report, “U.S. will like to work with Mamata” (June 18, 2011), did not identify Beth Payne who was sitting on the left along with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Robert Blake. She is the U.S. Consul General in Kolkata. The detail got cut at the editing stage.
