PERAMBALUR: A mobile blood donation camp will be organised from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday as part of ‘World Blood Donors Day' currently being observed. In a press release issued here on Monday, Darez Ahmad, District Collector, said that the camp, being organised jointly by the Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society and District AIDS Prevention and Control unit, would be held on-board a mobile air-conditioned bus at the Collectorate here. Grouping A large number of government officials, employees, youths and general public would participate. A blood grouping camp would also be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the new bus stand. The camp aims at facilitating the members of the public to know their blood group.
