DINDIGUL: N. Venkataraman's all-round effort (52 n.o. & four for 51) was the highlight of St. Peter's CC's 68-run win over Haritham Dominators in the TNCA-Dindigul DCA first division cricket league recently.

The scores: First division: St. Peter's CC 227 for seven in 35 overs (N. Venkataraman 52 n.o., G. Thangaraj 49, P. Krishnamurthy 40, S. Sriram four for 71) bt Haritham Dominators 159 in 33.2 overs (V. Dinesh 30, S. Sriram 26, G. Thangaraj four for 38, N. Venkataraman four for 51).

St. Peter's CC 270 for eight in 35 overs (P. Krishnamurthy 67, M.S. Muthuvivekanandar 56, M. Mohamed Raffik 47, T. Saravanakumar three for 51) bt Vignesh Sports Juniors 142 in 28.2 overs (P. Rajamohan 40 n.o., P.N. Bhaskaran three for nine).

Fourth division: DDCA under-14 CC 98 for nine in 23 overs (P. Dinesh three for nine) lost to Express XI 101 for two in 15.4 overs (P. Dinesh 37).

Invaders XI 137 for eight in 22 overs (A. Dhanasekar 36) bt Bharath 129 in 20.4 overs (K. Sundar 38, S. Babu 32, P. Muthumurugan three for 23).

Ghost Riders 108 for eight in 20 overs (R. Prabhu 28, S. Sathish 25, S. Udhayakumar three for 18) lost to Aim Star 109 for two in 13 overs (R. Rajkumar 46 n.o., V. Rajasekar 28).
