Quake rocks Punjab, Haryana

Chandigarh: Mild tremors were felt in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh on Monday.

The quake, which measured 4.6 on the Richter scale, lasted a few seconds, officials said.

However, there was no immediate report of any loss of life or property, they said.

The quake had its epicentre in Uttarakhand's Chamoli region and occurred at 11-57 a.m. - PTI
