Two murdered in separate incidents

NIZAMABAD: Two persons were murdered in separate incidents in the district in the last 24 hours.

Boda Babu (30) of Konatanda under the Nizam Sagar police station limits was killed by his brother-in-law Kadavath Gangaram on Sunday. Gangaram fired at him with a country made revolver before stabbing him. The victim died on the spot.

Angry that his wife Ramibai had left him a fortnight ago and was since staying with her parents, Gangaram reached her house and wanted Ramibai to return home. An argument ensued with his brother-in-law Boda which led to the killing. He is on the run since and a search has been launched to nab him, says sub-inspector D. Ashok.

Another murder

Gottengula Sailu (30) hailing from Rampur of the Lingampet mandal was found murdered in his field on Monday. His body bore multiple injuries. The Yellareddy police suspect Sailu's illicit relationship allegedly with a woman the village as the motive behind the murder.
