ANANTAPUR: The Judicial First Class Magistrate Court in Hindupur on Monday sent to remand all the three persons involved in the transportation of unaccounted cash found in a car that allegedly started from Prashanti Nilayam in Puttaparthi. The police, late on Sunday night, presented the first accused Harishananada Shetty (35) before the Magistrate. Later, he was sent to remand to the Hindupur sub-jail until June 27. The policebooked him under Section 189 IPC and Section 109 IPC . Bail plea Based on the first information report, senior advocate P Nagabhushan Rao, representing Harishananda Shetty applied for bail on his behalf. The police also brought the two other accused – Sohan Shetty and Chandrashekhar Murthy – and produced them before the same magistrate in Hindupur. Other defence lawyers applied for bail to them. The Magistrate, Kamalakar Reddy posted the bail petition for Tuesday and put them under remand till June 27.
