BANGALORE: A hotel worker was bludgeoned to death in a hotel in Banashankari I stage here on Monday morning.
Manjunath (24) was found dead a room at the hotel where he works.
The police said that around 2 a.m., someone dropped a heavy boulder at the sleeping Manjunath.
A co-worker, who was retiring to bed at the time, saw blood seep out of the room, and alerted the supervisor.
The injured man was rushed to Victoria Hospital where he died. Manjunath had migrated here from Kunigal taluk.
A rowdy-sheeter was hacked to death on Monday afternoon near Kodathi village off Sarjapur Road.
Varthur police gave his name as Anil Kumar (32).
