KHAMMAM: I. Sudhakar, 24, an APSP constable, was found hanging to a tree at Kothurunarayanapuram village in Bhadrachalam rural mandal on Tuesday morning. According to police sources, Sudhakar, a constable of Sattupalli based 15th APSP battalion, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at an agriculture field near his house in the early hours of the day. Sudhakar was placed under suspension recently, sources added.
