Chandhok to drive in practice

Chennai: Team Lotus has confirmed that Karun Chandhok will be behind the wheels of the T128 for the first practice session of the Formula One European Grand Prix to be held in Valencia this weekend.

Chandhok's technical inputs will help Team Lotus assess and optimise the T128's performance potential on-track. Previously, Chandhok had driven the T128 during free practice 1 in Australia and Turkey this year.

“I am definitely looking forward to driving the T128 again to get more miles under my belt. It is great to see how the team has improved vastly since the start of the season so I am confident of a good session,” said Chandhok.
