Show cause notice served

Tirupur: The Inspectorate of Factories had served a show cause notice on a private textile unit at Dharapuram for violation of labour laws on its premises.

A release said the notice was served after officials detected certain shortcomings in the employment conditions pertaining to work hours, among other parameters.
