Staff Reporter

Bangalore: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by S. Thippeswamy, former professor of Bio-Science, Mangalore University, questioning the university's order of compulsorily retiring him from service after charges of sexual harassment against him were proved.

Varsity's action upheld

Justice Anand Byrareddy dismissed the petition while upholding the action of the university and said that there was no reason for interfering with the decision of the university.
